The main advantages of the TermoFace system are the improvement of energy performance and consequent savings, increased sound insulation, quick and simple assembly, durability, high mechanical resistance and low maintenance cost compared to other insulation systems from outside.
Assembly: A starter profile (TermoFace.Start) must be fixed to the support wall at the bottom of the system with screws and dowels.
In traditional support masonry, in brick or concrete, an insulating board (TermoFace.Flex) is glued with the bonding (TermoFace.Neo), which must be applied from the bottom to top, starting from the starting profile (Thermoface.Start), ensuring its horizontal leveling and supporting each row of boards on the previous one.
For added security, 5 mechanical fasteners with steel dowels (TermoFace.Fix) are used per insulating plate (approximately 0.6 m2).
The ceramic slips (TermoFace.Slip) are glued to the insulation sheets (TermoFace.Neo) with gluing (TermoFace.Flex).
The insulation sheets (TermoFace.Neo) have guides for placement of the ceramic plates (TermoFace.Slip).
At the end, the joints are made with joint plaster (TermoFace.Color).
